At DARYNTHOLEX, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns policy allows you to return eligible items under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these criteria:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
• Items must not be marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team via the contact form on our website or email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
• Ship the package to our return address, which will be provided with the RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
